George Assimakopoulos, CEO & Principal Manager
As founder and CEO of EyeTraffic Media, George is responsible for defining the strategic vision of the firm and delivering effective solutions to clients. George has recently worked closely with several Fortune 500 organizations – including MazdaUSA and National Geographic – to provide strategic interactive marketing program direction and management of interactive marketing initiatives as part of an integrated advertising approach. Prior to starting EyeTraffic Media, George served as Director of Client Services at PROXICOM, Inc. where he managed the implementation of marketing, branding, and commerce programs through the Internet. At Proxicom, George was an integral part for several strategic web engagements to Fortune 500 companies, including: ExxonMobil, NIKE, Merrill Lynch, Chase Bank, DuPont Company, and Home Box Office (HBO). George enjoys working closely with clients to develop new strategic internet marketing services. George received a B.S. in marketing from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. in international marketing and information systems from The American University. With more than 15 years of online marketing experience, George is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on topics for Internet marketing, branding strategies and emerging media. In addition, he regularly teaches classes at the University of Maryland, The American University, and The University of Virginia on topics of Interactive and Integrated Marketing.
Andrew Bates, Client Services Manager
Andrew is a strategic interactive marketing programs and technology subject matter expert with over a dozen years of web and business technology management and consulting experience. At EyeTraffic, he is responsible for developing and managing client specific strategic interactive marketing strategies as well as evolving ETM’s new media services. Prior to EyeTraffic Media, Andrew served as Director of Sales at Lore Internet Systems, where he managed sales, marketing, and branding efforts for Lore until its profitable sale to venture capital in 2007. Lore.net provided internet services, application development, and communications technologies to a wide variety of customers including commercial groups like Next Day Blinds and nonprofit organizations such as the Children’s Defense Fund. From 2007-09 Andrew helped internet leader Network Solutions develop infrastructure and services for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
and Social Media, and prepared search marketing strategies for groups like XO Communications, Rosetta Stone, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). For the last 5 years, Andrew has been an avid member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC.org) serving as a founding member of both the Tech Innovations and Social Media Committees. Andrew attended the University of Virginia where he studied social statistics, and is a frequent speaker on the topics of Internet Marketing and Social Media for both businesses and nonprofits.
Stefanie Berliant, Client Services Manager
Stefanie is the primary liaison for several of EyeTraffic Media’s premier clients, including American University Kogod School of Business, Rack Room Shoes, and Museum of Modern Art. While working for a boutique web design shop, she honed her media and sales skills successfully closing deals and developing client relationships as the Marketing Manager. Stefanie values her partnerships with vendors and clients, working with them to produce and manage profitable strategic interactive marketing programs which include digital media buying and paid and natural search and campaigns. She graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in international relations.
Blake Bowyer, Research Analyst
Blake is a Research Analyst for EyeTraffic Media, coordinating with the agency’s team members and clients to establish tracks for campaign success. He focuses primarily in the dynamic areas of emerging and social media to build mutually beneficial dialogues between organizations and their customers. Brave clients like Cynergy Systems have leveraged Blake’s strategic interactive marketing program experience in new media to add value in many areas including customer satisfaction, online experience, and brand engagement. Blake came to EyeTraffic from strategic marketing environments like Hewlett Packard and an international health food company, but most enjoys working with a diverse group of organizations and changing their perspectives on new media. An eternal student of marketing, Blake earned a B.S. in business marketing with a minor in advertising from the University of Idaho and is expected to earn an M.S. in marketing with a concentration in integrated marketing strategy management from the University of Denver in June 2010.
Diane Krause, Corporate Controller
Diane manages accounting and financial reporting for EyeTraffic. She has 30 years of experience working primarily in marketing and government contracting, with an emphasis on emerging internet technologies. Diane specializes in job costing and budget control.
Ryan Moss, Senior Sales Representative
Ryan Moss is a Senior Sales Representative for EyeTraffic Media. He has an extensive background in targeted email marketing services and viral/word-of-mouth marketing, stemming from his previous experience as a Research Analyst and a Media Coordinator at EyeTraffic Media. His knowledge and expertise have helped Ryan manage numerous successful online marketing campaigns, including a recent viral marketing campaign for Autism Speaks. Ryan graduated from the University of Florida and is a diehard Gator fan.
Christine Pepin, Media Coordinator
As Media Coordinator with EyeTraffic Media, Christine Pepin works closely with team members on the day-to-day execution of a client’s online marketing program strategy. She is responsible primarily for the tactical execution, reporting and analysis of several paid search marketing (PPC) advertising programs. Clients that she continues to serve include American University, Georgetown University, Mervis Diamond Importers and more recently National Geographic Expeditions. Christine enjoys interacting with clients and embraces the challenge of helping new clients reach their online marketing goals. She graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in marketing.
Keith Vera, Client Services Manager
Keith oversees strategic interactive marketing program execution and client relations at EyeTraffic Media. Keith is an interactive marketing specialist with expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), including paid search marketing (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), as well as web analytics implementation and analysis. Keith also has a strong background building and managing supplementary digital marketing programs and strategies including social media, email, media buying, viral marketing and mobile marketing. Keith enjoys working directly with clients to develop and implement holistic marketing strategies that blend tactical online program execution with current client offline programs to exceed client goals and objectives. Prior to joining EyeTraffic Media, Keith held the position of Web Marketing Specialist at CoStar Group, Inc., where he was responsible for implementing and managing an annual $2.5M paid-search campaign across all major search engines and business-related vertical search engines. Keith was also responsible for the management of CoStar’s outbound email campaigns, online media buying advertisement programs, and the full integrated implementation of third-party analytics across all CoStar website properties and advertising campaigns. Keith received a BS in marketing and entrepreneurship from Babson College, where he currently guest lectures on interactive marketing subjects.
