George Assimakopoulos, VP of Digital Media Services
As founder and CEO of EyeTraffic Media, George is responsible for defining the strategic vision of the firm and delivering effective solutions to clients. George has recently worked closely with several Fortune 500 organizations – including MazdaUSA and National Geographic – to provide strategic interactive marketing program direction and management of interactive marketing initiatives as part of an integrated advertising approach. Prior to starting EyeTraffic Media, George served as Director of Client Services at PROXICOM, Inc. where he managed the implementation of marketing, branding, and commerce programs through the Internet. At Proxicom, George was an integral part for several strategic web engagements to Fortune 500 companies, including: ExxonMobil, NIKE, Merrill Lynch, Chase Bank, DuPont Company, and Home Box Office (HBO). George enjoys working closely with clients to develop new strategic internet marketing services. George received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. in International Marketing and Information Systems from The American University. Marquita Arnold, Media Coordinator
As SEM Media Coordinator, Marquita assists with the day to day management of a variety of search engine marketing accounts. Prior to joining EyeTraffic Media, Marquita was SEM Specialist for a direct response agency in Florida where she was responsible for the management of accounts including: Oriental Trading, Intuit, 4inkjets.com, and Elizabeth Arden. As SEM Specialist, she developed her skills in structuring effective SEM campaigns, bid management, keyword research, copy writing and strategic thinking. Andrew Bates, Director of Social Media
Andrew is a strategic interactive marketing programs and technology subject matter expert with over a dozen years of management, internet technology and consulting experience. He has provided custom online marketing and social media programs for organizations that include Chevron, the American Cancer Society, Rosetta Stone and Ogilvy. Andrew serves as the Director of Social Media for Penton Marketing Services where he continues to evolve social media offering while developing tactical strategies for internal and client specific new media programs. As the Social Media Practice Lead for EyeTraffic prior to its acquisition by Penton Media, he was responsible for developing eListening, social media and online monitoring solutions as well as developing ETM’s new media services. For the last 8 years, Andrew has been an avid member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC.org) serving as a founding member of both the Tech Innovations and Social Media Committees. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of Internet Marketing and Social Media for businesses and nonprofits as well as serving as a guest lecturer for Georgetown University, American University and George Mason. Amber Francis, Office Manager and Media Coordinator
Amber joined the EyeTraffic team after Penton Media acquired EyeTraffic Media as a Penton Marketing Services Company. She is actively assisting in the merge of the two current EyeTraffic sites (DC & VA) as well as the day to day operations for each location. She is also the acting HR recruiter for ongoing openings at EyeTraffic and collaborates with Penton Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure timely restitution of outstanding accounts. Amber’s background is in communications via online and social media but also loves interacting with people in person. Will Herth, Client Services Manager
Will Herth is a Client Services Manager for EyeTraffic Media. His responsibilities include managing the day to day operations with clients such as American University, Georgetown University and the American Cancer Society. Will has an extensive background in online marketing solutions, stemming from his previous experience as a Client Service Analyst at comScore, Inc. Through above-par, client-first service, he has delivered actionable insights and strategies to key brand teams by identifying significant alliances, optimizing digital initiatives, benchmarking against competition and measuring return on investment. Lauren Keates, Online Media Coordinator
As a Media Coordinator, Lauren works to support online marketing campaigns by performing competitive research, social media consulting and online brand analysis. Prior to joining Penton Marketing Services, Lauren was a brand consultant for the Arlington Diocesan School System and a design intern for Victoria’s Secret and Ralph Lauren Sleepwear. She earned her Master’s of Science in Business Analysis (MSBA) from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and B.A. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Krista Montes de Oca, Online Media Coordinator
Krista works with EyeTraffic’s client services managers to execute online marketing programs. As a Media Coordinator, Krista supports social media consulting and paid search marketing campaigns (PPC) with valuable research and analysis on clients’ products and services, competitive landscapes and keywords used online and in social media channels. Ryan Moss, Solutions Specialist
Ryan Moss is a Solutions Specialist for Penton Marketing Services, powered by EyeTraffic. Ryan works directly with the Agriculture Market, the Mechanical Systems Market, the IT/Dev Market and EyeTraffic clients. His responsibilities include educating internal team members and clients about Penton’s offerings as well as helping to grow Penton’s new services. Ryan previously served as a Lead Strategist for EyeTraffic Media, where he managed the day to day operations with clients such as Autism Speaks, American Cancer Society, USA Today and the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Ryan has an extensive background in targeted email marketing services and viral/word-of-mouth marketing, stemming from his previous experience as a Research Analyst and a Media Coordinator at EyeTraffic Media. His knowledge and expertise have helped Ryan manage numerous successful online marketing campaigns. Ryan received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida and is a die-hard Gator fan. As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Coordinator, Gina is responsible for completing a variety of day to day action items for clients to enhance their organic search visibility and Website traffic. Prior to joining the Penton Marketing Services team, Gina was a Senior SEO Specialist at Sabre Hospitality Solutions where she was responsible for the management of numerous client accounts in the luxury hotel industry. Christine Pepin, Search Engine Marketing Practice Lead
As Practice Lead of Search Engine Marketing, Christine Pepin oversees the strategy, delivery and management of all pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns at EyeTraffic. She manages a team of SEM specialists who build, optimize and report on these programs and articulate ongoing performance metrics to the client. Christine is also the SEM strategic head for the American Cancer Society and manages search, media buying, mobile and remarketing initiatives across their cancer mission and event site properties. Other clients she serves include American University, Georgetown University and Patio Enclosures. Christine greatly values her client, vendor and agency partner relationships and embraces the challenges of helping each client reach their online marketing goals. Keith Vera, Director of Online Marketing Services
Keith oversees strategic interactive marketing program execution and client relations at EyeTraffic Media. Keith is an interactive marketing specialist with expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), including paid search marketing (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), as well as web analytics implementation and analysis. Keith also has a strong background building and managing supplementary digital marketing programs and strategies including social media, email, media buying, viral marketing and mobile marketing. Keith enjoys working directly with clients to develop and implement holistic marketing strategies that blend tactical online program execution with current client offline programs to exceed client goals and objectives. Prior to joining EyeTraffic Media, Keith held the position of Web Marketing Specialist at CoStar Group, Inc., where he was responsible for implementing and managing an annual $2.5M paid-search campaign across all major search engines and business-related vertical search engines. Keith was also responsible for the management of CoStar’s outbound email campaigns, online media buying advertisement programs, and the full integrated implementation of third-party analytics across all CoStar website properties and advertising campaigns. Dimitris Volakis, Search Engine Optimization Practice Lead

Dimitris has an extensive background in keyword research, analytics reporting, link building campaigns, market and competitive analysis, website architecture, A/B testing and web development best practices which have helped him manage numerous successful online marketing campaigns.
